How to order - You can order online or by contacting me via email. The shopping carts are handled by PayPal so your purchases will be checked out easily and securely. PayPal may be used even for those without a PayPal account.

Shipping – Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 working / business days from San Francisco California. Shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 and shipped either Us Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground, depending on destination and day sent. If you would like faster shipping method, such as overnight or 2nd day, just ask and I will let you know the prices. In the unlikely event your display arrives damaged, please save all packing material and contact Bug Under Glass immediately.

Guarantee – At Bug Under Glass, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We love our framed butterfly and insect art displays and hope you do too. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your insect display for a refund or store credit (less shipping charges) on any item sold within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. Sorry, we can’t give a refund on custom orders.

Privacy - Your privacy and security are extremely important to us and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Your insect display will last decades if you follow these instructions:

1.) Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
2.) Keep away from particularly humid areas like a shower without a vent.
3.) Do not drop

Our Environmental Commitment:

We’re committed to finding ways to reduce our ecological footprint. At Bug Under Glass, all leftover materials used in the production of our displays are either recycled or donated.

We are proud to offer packaging material that is getting a second life. Our packing material has been acquired from an importing company that has many packages coming in, and therefore lots of leftover packing material that would otherwise go to landfill. We hope you can give it another life as well. Keep it going or recycle it.

Additionally, all of our business cards and office stationary are made out of at least 90% recycled materials.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved but recognize that there’s much more to do.
